FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be at home when you clean my windows?
No, you don't need to be at home. We will contact you the day before your scheduled clean to let you know we’re coming. If access to the back of the property is required, please ensure any gates are left unlocked. Once the job is complete, we’ll post a card through your letterbox to let you know we’ve been.

Do you clean in the rain?
Yes, we do. Rain has no negative effect on the results when using pure water. We continue working in most weather conditions unless it's unsafe to do so (e.g. storms, high winds).

Do you climb up ladders?
No, we don’t use ladders for window cleaning. All window cleaning is carried out safely from ground level using extendable water-fed poles that reach up to 35 feet (approximately 3 storeys). Ladders are only used when absolutely necessary for gutter work or to access flat roofs or hard-to-reach areas safely.

How do I pay you?
For window cleaning, payment is taken automatically through GoCardless — this is our only accepted method for window cleaning, as it’s the most secure and hassle-free option.

For all other services (such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, etc.), bank transfer (BACS), or cash.

Do You Take The Waste Away?
Any waste or debris collected from your property—whether from gutter vacuuming, driveway cleaning, or other services—will be bagged and left for you to dispose of. If you prefer, we can also place it on your compost pile upon request.
